Quality Management Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing the general quality policy.
Preparing and monitoring the implementation of the quality control plan, which ensures the achievement of the quality policy.
Preparing all forms used to monitor and activate the quality plan.
Regularly monitoring workstations to ensure that work processes comply with quality requirements.
Researching and assessing the quality management department's needs for human resources and equipment to meet work requirements and production rates.
Conducting periodic performance evaluations of all quality management personnel and developing training programs to enhance skills and achieve optimal results.
Reviewing the technical specifications of all tenders submitted to the company to prepare a complete technical file for client submission.
Taking all necessary steps to obtain company accreditation from various consulting and supervisory bodies.
Selecting and approving sources for all raw materials used in the company's concrete production and ensuring their suitability through regular testing, whether at company laboratories or external laboratories. Negotiating with suppliers of aggregates, sand, and admixtures to secure the best possible prices and payment terms, in accordance with specifications.
Designing mixes for different types of concrete according to project requirements and specifications.
Preparing statistical analyses of various stress tests to ensure compliance with the requirements of different specifications.
Conducting scientific research in concrete technology to stay abreast of the latest advancements in ready-mix concrete manufacturing and performing all necessary trial mixes to ensure the company's ability to produce and supply it to clients reliably.
Ensuring that all operations personnel adhere to all company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with at least 7-12 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry.
