Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Total Rewards Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clients' total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and other employee perks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized total rewards strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, as well as a deep understanding of current trends and best practices in total rewards management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and support their talent acquisition and retention efforts

Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our clients' total rewards programs are competitive and in line with industry standards

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our clients' total rewards programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards management to ensure our clients' programs remain competitive and compliant

Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including benefits providers and compensation consultants

Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits-related issues and inquiries

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to total rewards management

Manage and oversee the total rewards budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures when necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation and benefits

Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in total rewards management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven experience developing and implementing total rewards strategies

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to total rewards management

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
