Senior talent Acquisition

Position Overview:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will also be responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed

- Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding new hires

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency or in-house HR role

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various industries and job functions

- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and screening candidates

- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
