Job Responsibilities:

. Oversee and manage the execution of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across Egypt ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

. Responsible for supervising and developing multiple projects, monitoring budgets, and implementing strategic cost-control measures to improve profitability and ensure efficient resource utilization.

. Leadership & Strategic Management

  • Lead and manage all construction supervision projects across the organization.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Align department objectives with overall company strategy.

. Project Oversight & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure the highest standards of construction supervision services.
  • Monitor project execution, compliance, and performance across all sites.
  • Oversee Resident Engineers and project teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

. Financial & Profitability Management

  • Take full ownership of departmental profitability and financial performance.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and revenue generation.
  • Follow up on invoicing, payments, and collections.

. Resource & Workforce Management

  • Plan and manage staff deployment across projects.
  • Identify and address manpower gaps proactively.
  • Oversee recruitment needs, including interviewing and client approvals for key positions.

. Performance Management

  • Evaluate performance of Resident Engineers and project staff.
  • Implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable work culture.

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Represent the company in high-level client interactions.
    • Participate in studying project RFPs and preparing project proposals.
    . Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare and present periodic reports to upper management, including:
    • Financial performance
    • Profitability analysis
    • Staff deployment and utilization
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Job Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.
    25+ Years of experience in consultancy firms within construction supervision.
    Proven leadership experience on large-scale or mega projects.
    Strong knowledge of construction contracts including FIDIC,
    Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
    PMP certification is an advantage.
