About the job Account Manager- FMCG Marketing
The Account Manager plays a key role in managing client relationships, leading project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable and high-quality outputs.
The Account Manager acts as a central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and excellence in delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
Manage day-to-day client communication with confidence and professionalism
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions
2. Project Ownership & Delivery
Take full ownership of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
Translate client briefs into structured, actionable plans
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of deliverables
Monitor progress and address challenges proactively
Financial Ownership: Take full financial ownership of the project, from quotations, to POs,
to invoicing.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Lead the collaboration with creative, production, and internal teams
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Facilitate smooth workflows between departments
4. Quality & Execution Excellence
Maintain strong attention to detail across all outputs
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards
Drive continuous improvement in execution
Account Hygiene: Ensure applying Project management tools including but not limited to:
CPS, Minutes of meeting, financial bookkeeping
