  • supervising or leading a sales team

1)Prepare regular reports on:

  • sales revenue

  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Manage sales budgets and control selling costs.

2)Coordination with Other Departments work closely with:

  •  logistics/warehouse department
  •  finance department
  • marketing department
  • Ensure enough stock is available to meet customer orders.
  • Help solve issues such as delivery delays or customer complaints.

Build and maintain relationships with:

3)Sales Team Management:

  • Train, supervise, and motivate the sales team.

4)Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Analyze market trends in pet food industry.
