Job Scope:
- The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, performance management and shareholder reporting within a 50/50 Joint Venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and TotalEnergies.
- The role operates within a dual-governance framework requiring independent full-set reporting to both shareholders under distinct financial standards, parameters and timelines.
- The position oversees consolidated financial performance of five legal entities.
- The role combines FP&A leadership, financial controllership, investment governance and treasury authority, including bank signatory power and CAPEX. It directly impacts profitability, cash flow optimization and capital allocation decisions while ensuring strict compliance with shareholders.
Governance & Reporting Complexity
Reports to two shareholders with two independent full-set reporting packages.
Operates under two distinct:
- Reporting standards and consolidation systems
- Budgeting methodologies and economic parameters
- Reporting timelines and submission calendars
- Ensures full compliance with shareholder financial procedures and governance requirements.
Organizational Scope:
Direct leadership of 3 Senior Supervisors and 1 Senior Financial Controller (who reports through one of the Supervisors).
Responsible for developing team capabilities through continuous improvement, structured training, talent utilization and job rotation.
Financial oversight of four consolidated companies covering diversified activities: Retail, Lubricants (both local and export), General Trade, Aviation, Non-Fuel, CNG, in addition to a separate blending plant
Financial Magnitude:
BU 2026 for the Consolidated entities: Turnover: 1.35 BUSD, Gross Margin: 129 MUSD, Fixed Costs: 52 MUSD, Net Operating Income: 39 MUSD, Net Income: 34 MUSD, Investment Liquidation: 31 MUSD, Cash Flow from Operations: 50 MUSD.
Capital Employed: 71 MUSD, Working Capital: 15 MUSD (Actual 2025).
