End User Support Specialist – Cairo
We are currently looking for an End User Support Specialist to join a leading organization in Cairo.
Role Overview:
The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to corporate users, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT end-user support for corporate users
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and corporate application issues
- Support Windows and macOS environments
- Handle incidents via remote support and desk-side assistance
- Support network-related issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams)
- Manage user access and basic administration (Active Directory / endpoint tools)
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Ensure timely resolution and adherence to IT service standards
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT End User / Field Support
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Experience in enterprise environments and ticketing systems
- Certifications (IT, Microsoft, Networking) are a plus but not mandatory
