Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our industrial solutions across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across target sectors
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Promote and sell company products, including TEAM Inc services, valves, mechanical plugs, and related solutions
  • Explore and develop new applications and market segments
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities
  • Register the company on vendor lists and maintain up-to-date customer documentation
  • Track and manage all sales activities and opportunities through CRM systems
  • Support in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, oil & gas, or technical sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in field sales and customer visits
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Must own a car and be willing to travel for customer visits
