Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and optimizing customer interactions end-to-end while driving revenue growth and business expansion. The role focuses on developing commercial opportunities with local tax authorities (ETA / RETA), international taxation institutions, and selected strategic clients. The Commercial Manager supports pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, financial performance monitoring, and business development initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable profitability.
Commercial Strategy & Business Development:
  • Support the Commercial Director in developing and executing commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, revenue targets, and growth initiatives.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with governmental entities and strategic customers.
  • Support negotiations related to fees, scope changes, and contract renewals.
  • Act as a commercial escalation point for complex and high-value engagements.
  • Strengthen client relationships and support sustainable business growth.
Pricing & Commercial Management:
  • Develop and manage pricing models for tax services.
  • Review financial proposals, engagement letters, and agreements.
  • Ensure profitability and competitiveness of commercial activities.
  • Align commercial practices across different tax service lines.
  • Support continuous improvement of pricing frameworks and engagement management processes.
Financial Management & Performance Monitoring:
  • Work closely with Finance teams to monitor:
    • Billing activities
    • Receivables
    • Revenue forecasting
  • Monitor KPIs including:
    • Revenue growth
    • Profit margins
    • Realization rates
    • Client profitability
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and forecasting analysis.
  • Support commercial risk assessment and financial planning.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with:

  • Support risk management and commercial control activities.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in:
