Job Responsibilities

  • Lead business development activities and identify new leads within targeted market segments.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with prospective and existing customers.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure business growth and satisfaction.

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals/offers aligned with client requirements.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure smooth project handover and execution.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and participating in client negotiations.

  • Good knowledge of the targeted industry/market segment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
