Job Responsibilities

Lead business development activities and identify new leads within targeted market segments.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with prospective and existing customers.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure business growth and satisfaction.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals/offers aligned with client requirements.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Job Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

Experience preparing commercial proposals and participating in client negotiations.

Good knowledge of the targeted industry/market segment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
