Project Manager / Client Representative
the Project Manager / Client Representative acts as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and according to client expectations and quality standards.
This role combines strong project management capabilities with client advocacy, communication, and relationship management. The position also includes full responsibility for managing the project relocation from the current location to New Zayed, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated transition.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to approved scope, timeline, and budget.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met.

Oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Client Representation & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.

Understand client needs, goals, and expectations and translate them into actionable project requirements.

Communicate project status, updates, risks, and changes clearly and professionally to the client.

Advocate for the clients interests while aligning with organizational objectives.

Manage client feedback, approvals, and change requests effectively.
Communication & Coordination

Facilitate meetings, presentations, and progress reviews with clients and internal teams.

Prepare project reports, documentation, and performance updates.

Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication among all stakeholders.
Financial & Contract Oversight

Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures.

Review contracts, purchase orders, and scope changes related to the project.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and deliverables.
Project Relocation Management (New Zayed)

Lead and manage the full relocation of the project from its current location to New Zayed.

Develop and execute relocation plans, schedules, and transition strategies.

Coordinate all internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

Minimize operational disruption and ensure continuity during the relocation phase.

Monitor execution, resolve challenges, and ensure successful handover at the new site.
Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve project execution processes and client satisfaction.

Capture lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Project Management.

Proven experience as a Project Manager / Client Representative.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

PMP certification is required (or highly preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
