As the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and distribution. You will work closely with various departments, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs - Oversee all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships - Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs - Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly - Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams - Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals - Identify and implement new technologies and processes to streamline supply chain operations - Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting - Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain processes - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively - Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Willingness to travel as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
