Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant HR Manager to support the Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to employees and department managers.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluation programs.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
