RAN Engineer (Ericsson Vendor)

Job Title: RAN Engineer (Ericsson Vendor)
Level: L2
Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Technical Requirements:

* Strong experience in Ericsson RAN systems (2G/3G/4G/5G).
* Solid knowledge of Ericsson Radio Base Station (RBS), eNodeB, and gNodeB architecture.
* Experience in installation, integration, and commissioning of Ericsson RAN nodes.
* Hands-on experience in software upgrades, feature activations, and parameter changes.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for radio network issues (coverage, capacity, interference, mobility issues).
* Experience with Ericsson OSS (ENM / OSS-RC).
* Good understanding of performance KPIs and network optimization techniques.
* Ability to analyze and resolve network alarms and faults in live environments.
* Experience with drive test tools (TEMS / Nemo / Actix) and log analysis.
* Strong knowledge of LTE/5G technologies and optimization strategies.
* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced operational environments.
