Were seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead Innovation Hub marketing strategy, brand positioning, and communications across all projects and partnerships under the HyperOne umbrella. The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with strong business acumen to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with
Innovation Hub and HyperOnes objectives.
Oversee brand management, positioning, and communication across all channels.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, digital activations, and promotional
events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, media,
vendors) to ensure cohesive execution.
Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize future strategies.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Minimum 710 years of experience in marketing, ideally in Retail, F&B, or
FMCG industries.
Proven experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, and brand
development.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Hands-on experience in managing agencies, campaigns, and cross-functional
teams.
Creative, data-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, family-managed
environment.
