We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead mission-critical initiatives across data center modernization, disaster recovery planning, and regulatory compliance. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that IT infrastructure aligns with evolving business needs and strict regulatory standards (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, NIST, HIPAA).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage infrastructure projects involving data centers, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and business continuity planning

• Oversee the implementation and testing of disaster recovery (DR) plans, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements

• Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure adherence to frameworks such as OCC, FFIEC, NIST, SOX, or HIPAA

• Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Security, Risk, and Business Units to manage scope, timelines, and resources

• Maintain documentation of technical standards, DR procedures, and change control

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all infrastructure initiatives are audit-ready

• Work closely with vendors and third-party partners, ensuring SLAs and compliance terms are met

• Monitor progress, produce status reports, and present updates to leadership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects (data centers, servers, networks, cloud)

• Proven track record implementing or overseeing disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (OCC, FFIEC, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)

• Experience working in regulated industries (financial services) is highly preferred

• Familiarity with ITSM tools and security tools 

• PMP, ITIL, or CISSP certifications a plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
