We're looking for an experienced ERP Developer to play a key role in our ERP migration to NetSuite. This person will work closely with functional stakeholders, integration partners, and technical teams to design, develop, and support NetSuite customizations and integrations that replace and improve upon legacy ERP functionality.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data and integration challenges in a modern ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions during the migration to NetSuite ERP
• Build and maintain NetSuite customizations, scripts, and workflows to meet business requirements
• Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between NetSuite and external systems
• Design and consume REST and SOAP APIs for inbound and outbound integrations
• Write and optimize SuiteQL queries for reporting, data extraction, and validation
• Support data migration and ongoing data synchronization using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL
• Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot integration, performance, and data issues across systems
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on development experience with NetSuite ERP
• Experience supporting or delivering an ERP migration 
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services
• Proficiency with SuiteQL
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SuiteScript, or similar)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
