HCM analyst

 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS professional to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud. This role will partner closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful system configuration, data integrity, testing, and continuous improvement of HR technology processes.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud, including:

    • Core HR

    • Recruiting

    • Onboarding

    • Compensation

    • Benefits

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR technology projects and competing stakeholder priorities

  • Experience supporting data migrations, system integrations, and global HR processes

  • Oracle Cloud certifications preferred

  • Experience with Dayforce Time & Attendance preferred

  • Familiarity with payroll integrations a plus

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR workstream leads to design, configure, and validate Oracle HCM modules, including workforce structures, security roles, workflows, notifications, and integrations

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements to increase operational efficiency

  • Support data conversion activities from legacy systems (PeopleSoft and OpenHR), ensuring data accuracy and integrity

  • Partner with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data validation efforts across Oracle and Dayforce

  • Develop and execute test strategies, including:

    • Test scenarios and scripts

    • Integration testing

    • Defect tracking and resolution

    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Assist with cutover planning and post-migration validation activities

  • Review quarterly Oracle release updates, assess business impact, and support regression testing

  • Maintain documentation and proactively communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders

  • Provide end-user support as needed during and after implementation
