This role is a key member of the plant management team within the Infrastructure Solutions business, responsible for leading financial operations for the division. Core duties include managing month-end close processes, full P&L and balance sheet responsibilities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and conducting detailed variance and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and resolve financial variances

• Support cost monitoring, BOM management, and inventory movement across multiple plant sites

• Analyze cost and profitability trends across products and divisions

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal audit controls

• Serve as the primary financial contact for the division, providing insights to help achieve financial goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvement and audit readiness

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of US GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory methodologies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
