Responsibilities:

  1. Work your sales mojo to develop killer strategies that'll help us crush our revenue goals.
  2. Channel your inner detective to uncover new client leads through networking, cold calls.
  3. Become the go-to person for our clients, making sure their staffing needs are met faster than you can say "dream team."
  4. Team up with our recruitment wizards to match the perfect candidates with the perfect gigs.
  5. Show off your presentation skills at client meetings, where you'll dazzle them with our amazing services and solutions.
  6. Negotiate deals like a boss, making sure everyone walks away happy and ready to do business again.
  7. Stay on top of industry trends and keep an eye on the competition because knowledge is power, right?
  8. Share your wisdom with the team, because there's no "I" in "dream team" (well, technically there is, but you get the idea).
  9. Have a blast representing Prequel Solutions at events and conferences, where you'll make new friends and maybe even score some sweet leads.

Qualifications:

  1. 7+ Prior industry experience in recruiting, staffing or solutions.
  2. Got a bachelor's degree in something cool? Awesome! But we're more interested in your real-world experience and your passion for what you do.
  3. You've got that magic touch when it comes to sales, especially in the world of staffing and recruiting.
  4. Your people skills are off the charts, and you know how to build relationships that last.
  5. You're a master communicator, whether you're chatting with clients or rallying the troops. 
  6. You're a team player, but you can also handle business on your own when you need to.
  7. You're a wizard with technology, especially when it comes to CRMs and other fancy tools.
  8. You're down to travel when duty calls because who doesn't love a good road trip?

Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonus + Attractive PTO + Health Benefits + 401K
