Workday Consultant

 Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Able to provide testing results for specific benefit scenarios and recommendations for system optimization based on results
  • Must have experience with testing Workday. 
    • Hands-on HRIS testing within Workday
    • Spearheading testing efforts for open enrollment
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Benefits (Ideally within Open Enrollment and Vendor integrations).
  • Ability to proxy in as various team members for Open Enrollment (OE) and Benefit Admin functions (opening, closing, and finalizing OE, reviewing Wellness Credit, etc.).
  • Capability to walk through Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) with minimal oversight.
  • Strong documentation skills to capture screenshots and detailed notes for logging tickets within Azure.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally someone who can proactively advise on areas beyond the standard test cases that may require the teams review.
  • Strong communications skills and eye for detail
  • Able to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Experience in communication with HRIS vendors and internal company teams
  • Seeking consultants who can offer advice and bring expertise to the table with minimal hand-holding.
  • Valuing consultants who can express themselves and offer better ideas if they have them.
