HR Manager/Accounting Manager

As a Full-charge Accounting and HR professional, you will be responsible for a range of accounting functions, including month-end close, monthly financial statement and annual budget preparation, general ledger analysis, payroll, and financial reports as needed. You will also supervise our talented Staff Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
But wait, there's more! This role is not just about accounting. You will also play an integral part in our internal controls and will interface with subsidiaries to ensure proper accounting for intercompany transactions. On top of that, you will also manage our HR functions, including maintaining employee records, employee relations, benefits, and payroll.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a positive can-do attitude and solid communication skills. You should also have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. If you're someone who loves to monitor and project future cash flow requirements and prepare bank reconciliations by analyzing bank transactions against company records to ensure proper cash balancing and maintain accurate financial records, we want to hear from you!
