This entry level engineering position is located in the Weirton WV area. You must be willing to be onsite 4 days out of the week.
Job Description: Manufacturing / Process Engineer
1) Must possess relevant technical knowledge in the areas of Manufacturing Engineering and Lean Manufacturing.
2) Position requires frequent use of problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
3) Develops, documents, evaluates and improves manufacturing processes.
4) Analyzes, develops and implements process control techniques and procedures.
5) Analyze process flows continually for the enhancement of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
6) Estimates labor requirements, production times, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions. Performs cost/benefit analysis.
7) Provides engineering support in production department to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.
8) Coordinates work with warehouse personnel. Ability to setup kanbans and work to reduce inventory.
9) Leads and communicates effectively to obtain desired results.
10) Remains current on safety regulations as they relate to production. Communicates these requirements to others as needed.
11) Demonstrates enthusiastic, cooperative and positive behavior.
12) Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
13) Applies intellect, creativity, adaptability, judgment and management skills to achieve required results.

Education:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or relevant related experience.
