Data Entry & Customer Service Representative

 Job Description:

This position is onsite with a growing company in Newell WV. You must be willing to go onsite 5 days a week. 

Through strong customer service skills and techniques, the representative will engage customers and build sustainable relationships. By creating these relationships, the customer service representative will be better equipped to upsell additional products and services to existing customers.

Qualifications

Customer service representatives have a passion for service and organization.

  • Communication Skills Customer service representatives will interact with customers, supervisors, vendors, etc. It is important to be strong, detailed communicators in order to run smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail successful customer service reps work well under pressure and can multitask even while paying close attention to details when providing customer service, maintaining records, and tracking correspondence.
  • Problem-solving skills those in this role are natural problem-solvers. There are many occasions dealing with customer issues and account discrepancies that require researching, escalating, and resolving issues effectively
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or another related field
