Job Title: Network and VOIP Engineer

Position Overview: As a Network and VOIP Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, support, and configuration of Cisco and Meraki network devices and VOIP systems. Your daily tasks will involve the configuration, installation, development, and support of these technologies. In addition, you will perform backup management duties, and your commitment to excellence may require occasional non-traditional working hours to support projects. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, you will also participate in an off-hours on-call rotation as assigned by management.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Installation, Support, Configuration, and Network Design: Take the lead in the installation, support, configuration, and network design of Cisco and Meraki network and VOIP technologies to ensure seamless operations.

2. Daily Operations: Execute daily tasks, including configuration, installation, development, and support of Cisco and Meraki network devices and VOIP systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

3. Backup Management: Perform backup management responsibilities as assigned, ensuring the integrity and security of critical data.

4. Flexibility in Working Hours: Be prepared for non-traditional working hours when required to support projects, demonstrating commitment to project success and timely completion.

5. On-Call Rotation: Participate in an off-hours on-call rotation as assigned by management, providing responsive support to address potential issues promptly.

6. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures that support departmental processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and support of Cisco and Meraki network devices.
• Hands-on experience with VOIP technologies and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
