Prequel is seeking candidates for a Collections Supervisor with a reputable, growing, financial services company in Indiana, PA. This is a full time role including salary, incentive bonus, health and retirement benefits.

This role will lead a small collections team with consumer loans (ex: cars, houses, lines of credit) and business credit card accounts. This supervisor position will provide leadership and guidance to the team and also be very active in the overall collections process of the team.

Targeting candidates that live near the Indiana PA area and are comfortable working in an onsite model. Prior collections experience a must, along with knowledge of collection regulations and best practices. Prior supervisor experience a plus but not required.
