 Job Description:

This role is for an exciting position for a .NET support Development role. 80% of this role will be Devops & Development and 20% will be support. Must be willing to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Newell WV.


· 5+ years of experience in development & DevOps

Guide teams in designing, building, testing and deploying changes to existing software

· Enhance the company's IT infrastructure security protocols
· Identify manual processes that can be automated
· Consider the organization's entire IT infrastructure when making changes and improvements
· Execute full lifecycle software development
· Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
· Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
· Document and maintain software functionality
· Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics
· Comply with project plans and industry standards
· Participating in on-going process improvement initiatives.· Meet Business Objectives, defined by Clients.· Communicate with end users to troubleshoot software defects· Patriciate in cross functional project teams to develop software requirements
Required Skills:· BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant work experience· Good oral and written communication skills · Proven working experience in software engineering· Hands on experience in designing interactive applications· Ability to develop software in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET· Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, specifically SQL Server.· Experience in developing web applications using Web Forms, MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS and Twitter Bootstrap.· Mastery in software development tools· Ability to document requirements and specifications· Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes· Experience working with an IT Support ticketing environment · Hands experience with Professional Service Automation (PSA), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.· Ability to provide Level 1 Support to end-users
