Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis

 Job Description:

Responsible for managing the Corporations internal financial reporting, analytics and budgeting functions, which includes the annual budget, periodic reforecasts, financial reporting for all revenue and support areas, income/expense variance analysis, and financial knowledge assistance and support to all levels of management.

A Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred and a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in accounting related positions required.

Responsibilities

Manages the corporations annual budget process.

Must have internal reporting experience and commercial bank experience

Must have a least 1 year of leadership experience. This position will have direct reports. 

Manages the development and preparation of specialized budgets, projects, and financial reports on a regular basis. 

Reforecasts, including preparation of all presentation decks, operating plan financial statements, and associated schedules for senior management. 

Oversees the development of new reporting and manages all aspects of financial reporting production. 

Manages content, reporting structure, new report creation, report scheduling and distribution.

Oversees the activity of providing accounting/financial support and technical assistance for both revenue lines of business and support areas during this process.
