We're seeking a senior-level SAP S/4HANA Analyst to support the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of an internal program with a focus on SAP-BRIM and Order-to-Cash business processes.

This role is critical across all phases, from early design and testing to post-go-live support and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for requirements, process design, and user training

• Build Agile deliverables: product backlog, user stories, test plans, and RICEFs

• Oversee functional testing: SIT, UAT, and Hypercare

• Configure and support SAP-BRIM (SOM, CI, CM, CC, FICA)

• Support billing data validation, migration, and defect resolution

• Document business processes and deliver user readiness materials

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP Billing experience; strong hands-on SAP-BRIM expertise

• Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash and high-volume usage-based billing

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

• Skilled in configuration of pricing, rating, invoicing, dunning, and collections

• Strong communication, testing, and workshop leadership skills

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Education

• Bachelors in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
