Prequel is seeking local candidates living near the CARY, IL area for a Sales Coordinator position with an established, global manufacturing company. This is a full-time role and includes salary, health and retirement benefits. This position will work onsite at company location in the Cary, IL area. This opportunity provides a path and opportunity to move into an inside/outside sales role down the line.

Responsibilities will include:

• Track daily order intake and ensure system inputs.
• Be the liaison between internal production and external sales team and customers.
• Support tracking of component delivery dates to support manufacturing operations.
• Communicate with external sales teams regarding project updates, timelines, lead-times, and delivery changes.

Target Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of professional experience
• Experience in sales administration and support
• Experience in a manufacturing/Industrial Business
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Lives within 30-mile radius of Cary IL and comfortable working onsite
