As a key member of our Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group, you will independently manage a diverse portfolio of commercial cases, all while providing crucial support to our clients across a wide range of legal areas. This role will require regular court appearances, document preparation, and the opportunity to draft and negotiate agreements and plans.

We're seeking a proactive, driven self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide sound legal counsel on critical issues. Strong organizational and project management abilities are essential in this dynamic position.

Essential Duties:

• Independently manage a variety of bankruptcy cases, demonstrating specialized knowledge in bankruptcy law.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through significant client interaction, while exercising a high level of autonomy.
• Play a pivotal role in diverse bankruptcy, restructuring, and litigation matters.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys within the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group as needed.
• Provide support to our broader Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice.
• Draft and negotiate forbearance agreements, bankruptcy plans, and corporate documents.
• Make regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and related litigation.
• Prepare motions, briefs, plans, and other bankruptcy documents.
• Expand and maintain client relationships through outstanding service and legal expertise.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in local rules of various bankruptcy courts.
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet overlapping deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
