Job Description: IT Finance Applications Lead

Job Summary: The IT Finance Applications Lead oversees a team of systems analysts responsible for supporting the companys enterprise financial applications, primarily focused on SAP. The Finance Applications Lead collaborates with business management and users to understand and address their day-to-day operational needs as well as future business requirements. The main responsibilities of this role include overseeing the FICO and Group Reporting modules within SAP S/4HANA, along with its ancillary systems such as SAP BPC and Power Plan. This is a hands-on position that involves working closely with the business to develop/update application roadmaps, identify solutions for new business needs, support projects, drive enhancements that bring significant business value, and analyze and troubleshoot software issues. Additionally, the Finance Applications Lead is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and implementing changes within the SAP system.

Requirements:

Must have hands on SAP EAM Experience

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting, implementing, and designing Financial software applications in an SAP ERP environment.
• Familiarity with SAP FI/GL (General Ledger), FI-AP (Accounts Payable), FI-AR (Accounts Receivable), CO-OM (Controlling - Overhead Management), Group Reporting, and integration points with other business processes and applications.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP setup and configuration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Must have hands on SAP, S4Hanna experience on a configuration and implementation level.
