Radiology Technologist (Xray Technician)

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team in our Clarkrange facility. In this role, you’ll perform diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure patient safety while delivering high-quality imaging to support accurate diagnoses and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform imaging procedures including X-rays, CTs, and PET scans according to established protocols
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare and position patients, clearly explaining procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Follow strict infection control and radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians to determine the best imaging approach for each patient
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient histories
• Stay up to date on advancements in radiologic technology

Qualifications & Skills:

• Solid understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology
• Proficient in operating CT equipment, especially in trauma care settings
• Experience or familiarity with nuclear medicine is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Well-organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
