About the Role

Were seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our Moorabbin DFO team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving store performance and leading a team of 10-12 staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-12 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

About You

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in fashion or accessories.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • A passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Must have Australian work rights (Citizenship or Permanent Residency).
