Were seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our Moorabbin DFO team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving store performance and leading a team of 10-12 staff members.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-12 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
About You

Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in fashion or accessories.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
