Job Overview:
As a Senior Human Resource Executive, you will manage HR operations including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and office administration. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes while supporting employee engagement and overall organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support and follow up on employee relations matters, including queries and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Oversee office administration and procurement activities.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and company events (e.g., annual dinner, team building).
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Support HR reporting and other ad-hoc HR functions as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in full-spectrum HR and payroll.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
