Job Overview:

• Responsible to cover Key Accounts shipments on assigned countries.
• Cover AOG and non-AOG shipments.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage customer expectations and build strong rapport to meet their needs
• Process customer orders, coordinate air freight shipments, and handle import/export logistics
• Source cargo space with airlines and arrange transport for shipments
• Prepare billing, handle customs clearance, and manage permit declarations
• Develop customer-specific KPI reports and assist in creating SOPs for process improvements
