Important Notice
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By continuing to use the Service (as defined herein), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the representations made herein. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and wish to discontinue using the Service of Agensi Pekerjaan Pride Professional Sdn Bhd (The Company), you must cease all engagement and communication with us immediately.
Terms of Engagement
1. Candidate Obligations
- Candidates must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the recruitment process. Misrepresentation or omission of critical information may result in disqualification or termination of engagement.
- Candidates acknowledge that accepting or declining a job offer is solely their responsibility. The Company shall not influence or be held accountable for any decisions made by the candidate.
- Candidates agree to bear full responsibility for the consequences of their employment-related decisions and irrevocably hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from such decisions.
- Candidates must thoroughly evaluate all aspects of a job offer, including the terms and conditions of the employment letter, before signing. Once signed, candidates agree not to refuse or decline the position.
- Candidates are responsible for conducting due diligence on the potential employer, including but not limited to:
- Researching the potential employer’s background.
- Clarifying work arrangements through direct communication with the employer.
- Candidates acknowledge that The Company serves solely as an intermediary to introduce job opportunities and has no involvement in their performance or the employer’s internal procedures.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
- All communication between The Company and candidates, whether verbal or written, shall be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
- The Company shall take all reasonable measures to protect sensitive information shared during the recruitment process from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Any breach of confidentiality by candidates may result in termination of this Agreement and, where applicable, legal action.
3. Shortlisting & Future Considerations
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further engagement.
- Non-shortlisted candidates will be kept in the loop for future relevant job openings and potential opportunities.
- The Company and respective consultants will make reasonable efforts to communicate with candidates and provide updates on recruitment status upon request, but there is no obligation to provide regular updates.
4. Termination
- The Company or Candidate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Candidate could stop engaging with The Company immediately without prior notice or explanation.
- The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: (a) Restrict or terminate access to the Service; (b) Delete or remove content submitted by a candidate; or (c) Initiate legal proceedings to address violations of these Terms of Use.
- The Company’s failure or delay in exercising its rights under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
5. Company Rights Regarding Candidate Requests
- The Company reserves the right to decline any requests from candidates that are unreasonable, excessive, or beyond the scope of the agreed-upon recruitment process.
- The Company is not liable for any commitments, promises, or expectations outside of the defined scope of engagement.
- Any disputes or claims arising from candidate requests shall be addressed at the Company’s sole discretion, with the option for legal recourse if necessary.
