Quantity Surveyor (Station in Macau)

Our client is a large-scale main contractor in the Asia Pacific region. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for their projects in Macau with the following qualifications:

Offer details:

• Extra $ 18,000 Living allowance for Macau role
• Double paid + project Bonus

Job duties:

• Main Contract and Sub-contract budgeting, cost estimate, procurement, final account, VO valuation, measurement & other QS practices;

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience at Main Contractor/ Fitting out Contractor
• Experience in fitting out project is an advantage
• Willing to station in Macau
