Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. As a CPA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. - Serve as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. - Ensure compliance with all accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws. - Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Manage the month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting. - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Qualifications: - 10-15 years of progressive finance and leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong background in financial planning, controllership, treasury, compliance, and business partnering. - Prior experience with a reputable audit firm is highly preferred. - Active CPA license is required. - Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws. - Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing finance teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management. - Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage but not required.
