Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems for commercial and residential buildings
• Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the most efficient and effective system design
• Create detailed engineering plans and specifications, including calculations, drawings, and material selection
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion
• Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues during installation and commissioning
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and client
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety design and installation
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
