Technical Manager- Assistant Technical Manager (M&E/ Building Services)

Our client is one of the most reputed property developer based in Hong Kong. They are currently working on multiple high profiled building projects based in Hong Kong areas and they are looking for service engineer and technical manager to cope with their increasing number of business opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior management, and directly report to the board of directors
• Monitor overall project progress and development;
• Oversee the planning of works with consultancy and main contractor
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Services/ Construction Management or related disciples.
• Experience with Hong Kong local property developer, property management, facility management is a much
• Over 15 years experience in building construction, candidate with more experience would be considered as technical manager
• Holder of CEng, IMechE or related Chartership is highly preferable
