Network Engineer

Job Description

Our clients are the largest engineering contractors in Asia Pacific. They have just awarded 2-3 new building projects and looking for Assistant Engineer to Senior Engineer to join their new teams.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in computer science/Information Technology related disciplines

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience of which 3 years experience in managerial level;

• Solid experience in IT Infrastructure in terms of design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of various operating systems, application software and system management tools;

• Capable to handle IT projects in terms of planning, implementation, and service deployment.

• Lead the network team to provide technical support to end users

• Exploring new IT services that can benefit to the company and end users

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with all level of stakeholders

Special Skills/Knowledge

• OS/Platform: VMware VCenter; Windows Servers 2012 or above, Linux, Windows10 MS365 and Exchange 2016 or above.

• Server Infrastructure: Nutanix, Nimble & Pure Storage; HP 3Par

• Network: Sonicwall Firewall/SSLVPN, Fortigate; Cisco Switches

• Backup System: Veeam Backup; Vertas BackupExec; Arconis

• Anti-Virus: Kaspersky; Trend Micro, Cylance,

• System Management Tools: ManageEngine; Nagios; Barracuda Anti-spamming

Language Proficiency:

• Chinese, English, Putonghua

Professional Qualification

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

Candidate with less experience will be consider for Senior Network Engineer/ Network Engineer .
