Senior Project Manager (Architectural)

As one of the most reputable real estate developers in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a 2-year contract based Senior Project Manager for their existing hotel projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal parties with regard to the project progress
• Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project development efficiency

Requirements:

• A recognized professional degree in architecture, and/or structural engineering
• Membership of a recognized professional institute
• At least 10 years' post-graduation experience in a related field in Hong Kong
• Experience in managing top tier hospitality renovation projects is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation), project coordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Short notice period is highly preferable
