Project Director

Our client is one of the most reputed main contractor based in Hong Kong. They are currently working on multiple high profiled building / Civil projects based in Hong Kong areas and they are looking for Project Manager to Senior Project Manager to cope with their increasing number of business opportunity.

Project Manager/Senior Project Manager/Project Director (Civil/ NEC/ Building)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior management, and directly report to the board of directors
• Monitor overall project progress and project P&L;
• Oversee the planning of site works with sub‐contractor to meet main contractor requirements
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related disciples.
• Experience on controlling project budget and P&L
• Over 15 years site experience in building construction, candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Project Manager/ Project Director
• Holder of MHKIE/MCIOB/MICE/CEng is highly preferable
