As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers through phone, email, and chat channels. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and provide prompt and professional assistance
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized and exceptional service
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the company's database
  • Collaborate with different departments to address complex customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
