Senior Project Manager

Our client is one of the most reputed main contractor based in Hong Kong. They have just been awarded multiple high profiled civil projects, thus looking for Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning and cost control
• Work closely with Project Director in daily duties of a projects administration.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating progress of construction and ensure all of them are on schedule.
• Plan site works with sub-contractor to meet main contractor requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil / Structural / Building Studies/ Construction Management or related disciples.
• Qualified member of HKIE or CIOB would be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years site experience in construction (civil works/ water-retaining structure/ road and drainage/ railways)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
