Sub Agent/ Site Agent

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to ensure all works complied with the contractual requirement.
• Monitor the project progress and resolve daily problems
• Responsible for planning, and organizing with site works
• Work closely with RSS, subcontractors, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation and control of construction projects.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in civil/building in Hong Kong main contractor
• Holder of MHKIE or MICE
• Experience in NEC contract is preferable
