Building Services Engineer (REW B0)

Our clients are reputable developer over Asia Pacific, they are looking for BSE/Duty Engineer to work for their projects as below:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress and coordination
• Monitor overall daily work and operation;
• Oversee the planning of works with contractor and technician
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Services/ Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Holder of Certificate of Grade A0 or B0 Registration of Electrical Worker preferred.
• Experience with Hong Kong local property developer, property management, and facility management is a must
• Excellent communication skills. Initiative, multitasking with good coordination skills
