Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

 Job Description:

Five years in, you've done the work. You know how to run a deposition, read a claim, and go toe to toe with opposing counsel. So why are you still waiting for someone else to hand you the keys?

A respected, well-established South Florida law firm is looking for a 5th year+ Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney ready to take full ownership of their own caseload, not just execute someone else's strategy. Openings in West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie, with a relocation package available if you're not local yet.

What you'll do:

  • Independently manage a full workers' comp caseload, intake through resolution
  • Handle depositions, mediations, and hearings on your own cases
  • Negotiate directly with carriers and opposing counsel
  • Build and execute your own case strategy

What you'll bring:

  • Active Florida Bar license, in good standing
  • 5+ years of Florida workers' compensation experience
  • Confidence running your own docket without hand-holding
  • Strong negotiation and deposition instincts

Why this one's worth a look:

  • Real ownership at the level you've earned it
  • Competitive compensation, commensurate with your experience
  • Great work-life balance, this firm doesn't run on burnout
  • A collaborative team environment that still gives you real autonomy
  • Relocation package for candidates moving to the area
  • The backing of an established, well-regarded South Florida firm

If you've spent five years building the skills and you're ready to actually use them on your own cases, let's talk.
